About Kelly Winquist
Kelly Winquist, founder of KW Fiduciaries, brings over two decades of experience as a business leader and fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has held leadership roles across Fortune 100 companies, private investment firms, and nonprofit organizations, gaining deep expertise in financial stewardship, operational excellence, and trust-based leadership.

Kelly’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computer Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Master of Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. Known for bringing order to chaos and stewarding with integrity, she approaches each client relationship with a calm, can-do spirit.

Outside her professional work, Kelly is a longtime volunteer personal finance teacher and coach through her church. She is passionate about helping others experience financial freedom and generous living. She’s also the founder of Role-Reversed Parents, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Christian families where Mom works outside the home and Dad stays home with children—a family structure she and her husband, Matt, embraced for 12 years.

Kelly has worn many hats—pastor’s wife, mother, foster parent, entrepreneur, business leader, cat mom, and friend. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to service, family, and faith. Now, through KW Fiduciaries, Kelly brings all these experiences together to support older adults and families through end-of-life transitions. Her goal is simple: to offer trusted, compassionate guidance that honors each client’s story, values, and legacy.
