Services We Offer
Trust & Estate Administration
When a loved one passes or becomes incapacitated, we can step in as successor trustee or will executor to manage and distribute assets. We handle complex paperwork, coordinate with advisors, and communicate with beneficiaries.
Power of Attorney Agent or Attorney-in-Fact
As your designated agent, we can manage day-to-day finances, pay bills, oversee investments, and coordinate with your CPA, attorney, and advisors—ensuring your wishes are carried out with integrity and professionalism.
Other Fiduciary Services, including Daily Money Management
Sometimes family members or friends serving as POA, executor, or trustee want to carry out the role but prefer to outsource some of the detailed work. We can step in to support them.
We also offer daily money management services, helping clients organize finances, pay bills, track expenses, and protect against fraud.
Our Process
1. You contact us for a free consult and we discuss your situation, our relevant services, and next steps.
2. Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule an intake meeting to gather information, review your current estate plan, discuss your wishes, and understand your family dynamics. A one-time intake fee applies here, then any work beyond this is billed at our hourly rate.
3. Depending on your situation, we reach out to your attorney, CPA, and/or financial advisor to be sure we are partnering and taking a holistic approach.
4. Then we meet with you periodically, usually annually, to discuss changes to your legal documents, wishes, and family situation.
5. When a death or incapacitation occurs and our core fiduciary services are required, we move forward with your wishes.
