Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy:
Effective Date: May 23, 2025
At KW Fiduciaries, we are committed to providing high-quality fiduciary services with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the time and expertise involved, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Service-Based Policy
Our fiduciary services—such as acting as a trustee, power of attorney agent, or daily money manager—are billed based on time, engagement terms, and scope of work. Fees are typically earned as services are rendered, and in most cases are non-refundable.

2. Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been rendered or initiated, a refund may be requested and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any administrative or planning time already incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Deposits and Retainers
Retainers or initial deposits are often required to begin service. These are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your client agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an upcoming service, we ask that you provide written notice as early as possible. Depending on the nature and timing of the cancellation, a partial refund may be considered for any unearned fees.
5. Billing Disputes
We value transparency and fairness. If you believe a billing error has occurred or you have a concern about an invoice, please contact us within 14 days of the invoice date so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exceptions
Each client relationship is unique, and we are committed to fairness. While most fees are non-refundable due to the nature of our work, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
